Client Care Manager - Join Our Team
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a dedicated Client Care Manager to lead, support, and coordinate exceptional home care services.
What You'll Do- Manage and review client care plans to ensure outstanding service delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and care staff
- Support and guide carers to deliver person-centred care
- Coordinate schedules and ensure seamless service provision
- Maintain high standards in line with HIQA and company policies
- QQI Level 5 Major Award (minimum) in a healthcare-related field
- Full clean Irish driving licence (essential)
- Access to your own car
- No criminal convictions
- Experience in home care or healthcare coordination
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A compassionate, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland, currently resident in Ireland, and hold the appropriate documentation (visas, work permits)
