Overview

Receptionist role at Scarsdale, Park Farm (part-time).

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, and communicating with clients and colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

  • Flexible between 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday as part of a shared rota. Saturdays as part of a shared rota 8.30am to 1pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telephones - Answering calls and dealing with the call in a manner and as per expected standards.
  • Account management - Handling payments and charging for services provided by the practice, ensuring all appointments, products and services are paid for and discussions are had with regard to insurance.
  • Administration - Manage client records including up-to-date contact details for all clients, appointment generation, and face-to-face, telephone and email communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Manage client expectations - openly and confidently discussing client needs as appropriate to the role, referring to the clinical team as needed. Pro-actively manage appointments and client visits - booking and managing appointments as per protocol.
