Client Account Manager

Job title: Client Account Manager

Salary: £30k

Location: Harrow

Hours: 8-5pm

My client is a well-run SME, and they have a lovely office team, looking for another person to join them. The ideal person will have some previous experience working within a Construction/ Plumbing and/or similar type industry. You will be organized, with good attention to detail to ensure work is planned correctly and runs smoothly.

Duties:

• Managing reactive breakdown requirements
• Managing maintenance requirements
• Answering incoming calls/emails
• Providing information and guidance on services provided
• Taking jobs to be completed from clients
• Setting up jobs on computer system
• Allocating jobs to be completed to a team of field-based engineers/subcontractors
• Tracking progress
• Sending/raising further work quotes for approval
• Raising purchase orders from suppliers
• Ordering parts and booking in further works
• Sending completion reports and certification to clients
• Raising RAMS where necessary
• Completing tender documentation
• Raising invoices for your completed works
