Job Description
About the Role

Our Client Administration - Practice Support team supports PwC in project organization, finance system control, and electronic administration. As a Client Account Administrator (CAA) within the Banking, Insurance & Aviation Team, you will act as a key communication point between staff, partners, and the client, performing professional project, administrative, finance, and research work.

Responsibilities
  • Project planning, client communications, financial administration, budget preparation and data entry risk administration.
  • Support client engagement teams with risk management tasks.
  • Manage all financial procedures relating to engagement time and expense costs, billing, and client fee approvals.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor project costs and expenses.
  • Manage client documents and administrative procedures (risk management onboarding, independence, confirmations, inter office instructions and reports).
  • Maintain team trackers and provide support with proposals and client onboarding procedures.
  • Organise calendar of team and client meetings, collate and distribute agendas, minutes and actions.
  • Coordinate and assist in preparation of materials for negotiations, proposals, presentations and project deliverables.
  • Manage staffing and facilities required for projects and the team.
  • Create, develop and monitor project plans and suggest solutions to issues (time management, resources, budgetary constraints).
  • Utilise digital suite to create trackers and monitor progress and deadlines.
  • Review and research PwC and global policies and procedures; act as a subject matter champion for risk management, independence, client service approvals and PwC data and financial systems.
  • Update team on relevant business and industry news and issues. Collate and analyse information for distribution to the team.
Qualifications
  • Degree is not essential; prior work experience in an administrative/analytical role within corporate or professional services is required.
  • For candidates without a degree: 3-5 years of experience; with a degree: 1-2 years of experience.
  • Self starter able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Experience analysing financial or statistical data; numerate and analytical.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven organisational, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
