AUTJ151 Regional Court of the Littoral and Val-de-Travers Clerk-Writer at 65% AUTJ151 Regional Court of the Littoral and Val-de-Travers, Boudry site The District Court is the cantonal judicial authority of first instance. Distributed across three sites, it consists of the following sections: the civil court chamber, the child and adult protection authority, the juvenile criminal court, the police court, the criminal court, and the court of measures. The Regional Court of the Littoral and Val-de-Travers, Boudry site, recruits for a position of clerk-writer with responsibilities. Your main role involves drafting civil and criminal decisions and judgments to be rendered following hearings conducted by the judges of the Regional Court of the Littoral and Val-de-Travers. This role also includes file analysis and legal research, either independently or in collaboration with others. Furthermore, you will be required to carry out various tasks related to the management of the cases assigned to you, particularly legal assistance to the work of the judges and the registry may also be entrusted to you. Profile You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in law, completed with the bar examination, and ideally have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer (post-bar examination, preferably in the judicial environment, or any other relevant experience for the position). Recognized for your loyalty and discretion, you are strongly aligned with public service values and possess a keen sense of responsibility. Capable of working independently, you make decisions in accordance with the competencies and are appreciated for both your rigor and versatility. You can handle a significant workload while remaining composed under stress, thanks to your strong sense of organization and priority management. Specific Skills: Very good knowledge of the system and functioning of Neuchâtel public institutions. Excellent writing skills. Analytical and synthetic capacity. Proficiency in legal German.
