This position is part of the Highway Asset Maintenance team, responsible for commissioning and managing the council's capital highway maintenance programmes.
Responsibilities- Site selection and preparation
- Project planning and coordination
- On-site contractor monitoring
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Experience in preventative surface treatments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, organised approach
- The ability to manage your own workload effectively
