Clerk of Works - Housing Projects Inspector

The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations is seeking a qualified Clerk of Works to deliver services across new build and cyclical projects. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with specifications and standards during construction.

Applicants should have a construction or civil engineering qualification at HNC level, expertise in housing maintenance, and knowledge of Scottish building regulations. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business use are required.
