Job Description
Grade III Clerical Officer - Drogheda, Co Louth

Our public sector client based in Drogheda, Co Louth are hiring administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations and high quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administration (filing, data entry, document management)
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Handle queries via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare routine correspondence and reports
  • Support meetings, scheduling, and team activities
  • Ensure compliance with organisational procedures and data protection

Requirements:

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Knowledge of office procedures/public service environment
