Job Description
Grade III Clerical Officer - Drogheda, Co Louth 
Our public sector client based in Drogheda, Co Louth are hiring administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations and high quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administration (filing, data entry, document management)
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle queries via phone, email, and in person
- Prepare routine correspondence and reports
- Support meetings, scheduling, and team activities
- Ensure compliance with organisational procedures and data protection
Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of office procedures/public service environment
