Clerical Officer - Housing Support & First Contact

St Helens Borough Council is seeking an experienced Clerical Officer to join the busy accommodation service on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2028.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, assess their needs and direct them to the appropriate team, while communicating sensitively and signposting services within the council. The post offers flexibility in working patterns and development opportunities.
