Job Description
What is the job role?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Clerical Assistant, to join our new team. The working hours will be from 1 pm - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, term time only, plus five Teacher Training days. Required from September 2026.

Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support to the whole School.
  • Act as a first point of contact for parents, visitors and telephone enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate pupil records and school databases.
  • Support communication and general office systems.
  • Assist with school communications, letters and correspondence.
  • Assist with school, trip administration.
  • Assist with After School Club administration.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Have strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Be confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
