Cleaning Technician - Inclusive Estate Services (Ipswich)

Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited is recruiting two Cleaning Technicians to cover Ipswich and surrounding areas. You will work alongside another operative to deliver cleaning services across offices, housing schemes, and blocks of flats.

Hours are 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) with a salary of £26,436 per year. Driving may be required; a full UK driving licence is essential. Benefits include 25 days leave, pension, Life Assurance, and wellbeing support.
