Cleaning Sector Manager

By our client, we are looking for a Sector Manager - Cleaning at 100% (M/F). As a Sector Manager - Cleaning, you will ensure the management of your clients over a designated area. Your main missions will be: Manage, organize, and control cleaning services at various sites. Supervise and support service agents (scheduling, replacements, hours, quality monitoring). Ensure compliance with specifications and manage the products and supplies necessary for the services. Provide regular reporting to management (cost tracking, corrective actions). Your profile: Proven experience as a Sector Manager, Team Leader, or similar position in the cleaning sector, with autonomy and responsiveness. Excellent team spirit and a taste for teamwork. Mastery of office tools (Office Suite, cleaning software). Frequent travel required. Proficiency in French, an additional language is an asset.
