The role we are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Daventry. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Cleaning Operative - Daventry, Northampton, Monday to Friday 17.00 to 20.00 £13.45 per hour + Benefits Main Duties- Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
- Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
- Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
- Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
- Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
- Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.
- A positive attitude and commitment to high standards.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow clear instructions.
- Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential - full training provided).
- Good English speaking and reading abilities.
