A Disclosure and Barring Check will be required for the position.

• Use equipment, machinery and cleaning materials effectively and efficiently, in accordance with safe working practices to carry out duties.
• Check and report any faults with equipment, machinery or building, to the on site supervisor or Area Manager, describing fully the nature of the faults.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients, deal with minor queries or complaints, and relay significant customer issues to the on site supervisor or Area Manager for further action.
• Participate in staff training programmes and carry out all duties responsibly with due regard to the Authority's Health and Safety Policy.
• Perform any additional duties related to the work of the section appropriate to the post, as and when required.
