Cleaning Operative - Mornings

Adapt Commercial Cleaning is looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team in Hereford.

This is a permanent role with a large, established business operating across Wales, the South West and the West Midlands.

Working hours: Monday to Friday
6.00-
8.15AM (
11.25 hours per week)
Pay: £12.71 per hour (paid four-weekly by BACS)
Type: Permanent role

Key responsibilities

General cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
Keeping all areas clean, tidy and well-presented (including toilets, kitchens and communal areas)
Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to Head Office promptly
Following site cleaning procedures to meet client standards
Providing a polite, professional service and responding to any reasonable requests

What we're looking for

Reliable and punctual with a good eye for detail
Able to work independently and take pride in your work
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential

• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members
