Cleaning Operations Manager - Growth, Training & H&S

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and COSHH risk assessments. You will report to the Site Manager and liaise with clients and OCS management to meet specific requirements.

You will manage staff rotas, wage paperwork, resources, and stock, while training and developing the team and providing performance reports. A proactive, reliable candidate with HR experience is preferred.
