Cleaning Operations Lead

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead the on-site cleaning team, oversee all cleaning duties, and ensure high standards across floors, washrooms and common areas. You will manage rotas, site audits, and recruiting activities while ensuring training and HR compliance are followed.

The ideal candidate has prior managerial or supervisory experience in cleaning, strong customer service, and the ability to work to deadlines with flexible hours as required.
