Job Description

SITE CLEANING MANAGER SURREY £32,000 FULL-TIME

We are seeking an experienced Site Cleaning Manager to oversee operations on a key client site in Surrey. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong operational knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day site performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support on-site cleaning teams to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client on site
  • Monitor budgets, consumables, and overall site performance
  • Carry out regular audits and ensure full Health & Safety compliance
  • Support with staffing, including training, supervision, and performance management
  • Report on site activity, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cleaning Supervisor / Site Manager / Soft Services role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing a single large site or multi-team operation
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning standards
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Hands on, proactive, and client focused approach
  • Right to work in the UK
