Cleaning Manager - Lead a High-Impact Team (6am-12pm)

OCS UK & Ireland is looking for a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team on site at New Milton. You will oversee cleaning operations across floors, washrooms and communal areas, ensuring high standards and safety.

Your responsibilities include managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment, identifying training needs and maintaining records. You'll also handle incidents and stock control within budget guidelines.
