We are currently looking for a Cleaner to join us in a young energetic residential building on a permanent basis. You will have the luxury of working with one of the largest award winning property management companies in the city of London. Our client offers shift flexibility and training.What is on offerRate of pay: £13.60 per hourShift Pattern: Rota basedHours per week: Full TimeMonthly PayPermanentFree staff parkingConfirmed start dates: On or before 01 July, 2026Key DutiesMaintaining the cleanliness of all communal areas including reception spaces corridors lifts and staircasesCarrying out regular cleaning of high touch points to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for all residentsEmptying bins and managing waste collection in accordance with building standardsResponding promptly to cleaning requests from residents or the site teamClean apartments for end of tenancy or in apartment cleaning requestsReporting any maintenance issues hazards or health and safety concerns to the management teamEnsuring cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and stored safely after each shiftSupporting the site team with additional cleaning tasks during busy periods or special eventsProviding a friendly polite and professional presence within the building while representing the high standards of the developmentA Cleaner's position is essential to maintaining a well presented and safe environment for all residents and visitors. This role requires a proactive reliable and dedicated individual who takes pride in delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the development.
