Job Description
Cleaner (Schools)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, term time only

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to work within a school environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas.
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting as required.
  • Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness across the school.
  • Following appropriate cleaning, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
  • Ensuring designated areas are kept clean and presentable.
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
  • Enhanced DBS with Children's Barred List check is essential.
  • Candidates must be able to provide photo ID on their first day.
Working Pattern
  • Monday to Friday
