A Cleaner is required in Faversham for a full-time, Monday to Friday position paying £14 per hour. This role involves deep cleaning residential properties, including sanitising, mould treatment, waste removal, and general cleaning. You will work as part of a team to restore homes to a high standard of hygiene.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential. Previous experience as a cleaning operative or assistant is desired.
The work varies daily and can involve extreme cases, requiring resilience and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out general cleaning and deep cleaning tasks
- Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and communal spaces
- Assist with mould treatment and removal
- Safely dispose of waste and unwanted materials
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Work closely with colleagues to complete jobs efficiently
- Previous experience as a Cleaner, Deep Cleaner, Cleaning Operative, Cleaning Assistant, or similar cleaning role
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual cleaning duties
Working hours: Monday to Friday - no weekend work. Start times between 8:30am and 9:00am. Finish times between 4:30pm and 5:00pm. £14.00 per hour (in some cases mileage will be paid) - PAYE via Pertemps.
