Cleaner

• Clean all front-of-house andback-of-house areas, including dining areas, bar, toilets, and staff areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floorsregularly.
• Dust and polish surfaces and the buildingfabric.
• Clean and sanitise surfaces.
• Empty bins and ensure waste isdisposed of correctly in line with company procedures.
• Follow cleaning schedules andcomplete daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
• Ensure compliance with hygienestandards and food safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues,breakages, or hazards to management.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely andin accordance with COSHH guidelines.

Skills & Experience

• Previous cleaning experienceuseful but not necessary.
• Ability to work independently andefficiently.
• Basic understanding of health andsafety and hygiene standards.
• Reliable, punctual, andtrustworthy.
• Ability to work flexible hours,including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
