Job Title: Cleaner
Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Part Time
Hours: 15 hours per week
Location: Barbara Castle Way Health Centre, Simmons Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, England, BB2 1AX

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and/or on own initiative, building positive and productive working relationships with all customers and delivering excellent customer service while seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self-driven and determined; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
