Job Description
What You'll Do: 
- Demonstrate competence in daily tasks while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and performance
- Deliver cleaning duties efficiently in line with schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and COSHH regulations, including correct use of PPE and chemicals
- Communicate effectively with team leaders, managers, colleagues, and building users, maintaining a polite and professional approach
- Report issues promptly (e.g., damages, hazards, suspicious activity) and ensure compliance with security procedures
- Show flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude, including attending training, supporting colleagues, and suggesting improvements
- Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities
- Strong ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
- Proactive approach with the initiative to identify and resolve issues
- Positive, can do attitude with a willingness to support others
- Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
- Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy in all aspects of work
