Here at GXO Logistics, a leading name in supply chain solutions, we are currently looking for the full time, permanent HGV Class 2 Driver (Nights) to become a part of our growing team in Purfleet-on-Thames for our customer, the largest coffee shop chain in the UK, Costa Coffee. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers who are committed to safe, compliant working practices.
Key Information- 48 hours per week over a 17 week period
- Shift pattern: 5 on, 3 off
- Start time window: 18:00-21:00
- Annual salary of £51,817
- Overtime paid at time and a half rate
- 25 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)

- Deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores (10 to 15 drops per shift)
- Operate vehicles safely, legally, and efficiently
- Complete paperwork fully, accurately and on time
- Comply with Driver's hours, Tachograph, Working Time, and Road Traffic Act regulations
- Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement
- Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph Cards
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the previous 5 years
- Previous experience driving category C vehicles is desirable
