Claims Innovation Lead - Build Back Better & Resilience

Flood Re Limited is seeking a senior lead to drive Build Back Better (BBB) and claims innovation across the home insurance market. You will work with Flood Re and external partners to embed new practices within the Scheme's operations and promote resilient reconstruction.

Responsibilities include leading BBB internally and externally, engaging insurers and supply chain partners, coordinating data-driven insights, and aligning FPC/FFRA initiatives with Flood Re's broader strategy.
