Claims Advocate - Financial Lines - 28893

In this exciting role, you will be primarily responsible for the management, strategy and process for the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims

Key Duties (Including but not limited to)

• Working with large financial institutions from all over the world, you will lead the claims process collaborating with their network offices
• First notification of loss for D&O, PI and Crime claims
• Negotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers etc)
• Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment
• Experience Dealing with claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution
• Knowledge of Financial Lines, D&O and PI coverage analysis with the confidence to coordinate and initiate discussions with their networks, clients, underwriters and experts
• Experience of the CLASS and ECF Processing system (preferable)
• Can be from either a Broker or Insurer background
