Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer - Join a Growing Engineering Team

We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer to join a leading engineering and construction organisation based in Newcastle. This role will play a critical part in supporting major infrastructure and construction projects from concept through to delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review technical designs, specifications and tender documentation.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and value engineering exercises.
• Collaborate with design, commercial and project delivery teams.
• Support bid submissions and pre-construction planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant UK standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong pre-construction, design coordination or bid support experience.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
