Civils Supervisor - FTTH Projects (to do H&S Control)

HS&Q Controller / Health Safety and Quality Controller - Civils FTTH Projects

Looking for a field-based HS&Q Controller to undertake work on projects sites across the London and South of London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent area.

Ideally we a re looking for a mature ex-civils supervisor level person, with a good understanding of health and safety compliance and standards around Civils work, who understands the nature of Civils projects (ideally in relation to Fibre to the Home / FTTH), is able to discuss issues with both contractors and employed workers and bring a level of expertise to resolving issues.

In this role you will travel constantly to sites, so must be flexible and willing to overnight if required.

Candidates with NEBOSH or IOSH training would be preferred, although the H&S in Civils experience is more important, the Head of HS&Q is willing to train.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, likely to be in the region of £40 - £45K + company vehicle.

This is a full-time permanent PAYE job.
