Civils Site Manager

My Client is currently recruiting for a Civils Site Manager for a residential project based in Dundrum, South Dublin,

The candidate will work with the team managing the heavy civils and groundworks package on a large-scale residential development.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally up to 10 years' industry experience
• Strong background in heavy civils and groundworks
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Experience on residential or mixed-use developments preferred
• Strong focus on health & safety, quality, and programme delivery
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
