Civils Site Manager - Highways & Estates Lead

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Site Manager to lead civil engineering works on highways and estate projects in Greater Manchester. The role is permanent, with a focus on safe, on-time delivery and high-quality workmanship.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and coordinate programmes while ensuring compliance with RAMS and permits. A strong track record in civil/highways and relevant qualifications are required, with training available for Streetworks and
