Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage all site operations for a residential development
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely, high-quality work
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

- Proven experience as a Civils Foreman, ideally in residential projects
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
