Civil Works Site Manager

You support the Civil Engineering project manager in monitoring and managing construction sites. You supervise the daily activities of companies, ensuring safety, technical compliance, quality, and adherence to deadlines. They offer a structured, secure environment focused on continuous improvement.Responsibilities:- Draft work permits and verify the availability of supporting documents.- Participate in risk analyses related to tasks or contribute to internal instructions (safety, lifting, permits ).- Participate in the daily launch of work and ensure site monitoring.- Verify compliance with HSE rules by companies on-site.- Ensure that work conforms to plans, quality standards, and deadlines.- Manage the execution of stoppage points according to plans.- Report any issues and actively seek solutions with the companies.- Examine time and cost forecasts, monitor progress, and project advancement until completion.- Maintain a daily register, write reports, and report any obstacles to the work.- Contribute to the end-of-work files submitted by contractors.- Participate in technical reviews of the work and write requisitions.Requirements:- A degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction works.- Experience in an industrial environment is also required.- Proficiency in common tools (MS Office).- Ability to work in a team spirit, positive and dynamic.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; English is a plus.- Attention to detail, autonomy, and strict adherence to rules.- Sensitivity to HSE and the ability to stop any non-compliant work.Conditions and Benefits:A stimulating, safe industrial environment with rich challenges, strong on-site exposure, and a key role in the success of structured framework fostering continuous improvement and professional development. jid9d4fc3baen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
