Civil Patch Lead - Civils Projects & Safety

MJ Quinn is seeking a Patch Manager to lead civils teams delivering Openreach Civils projects across multiple regions. You will coordinate excavation, reinstatement and compliance with client specifications while driving safety, quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include motivating and mentoring supervisors and engineers, engaging with authorities and clients, and promoting sustainable, efficient workflows on site in Stafford/West Midlands area.
