Civil Litigation Solicitor

A Civil Litigation Solicitor is required in Greater Manchester for a permanent role paying up to £55,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of credit hire matters within a specialist litigation practice.
• Advise clients on both litigated and pre litigated motor claims, handling cases from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Deliver commercially focused advice and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Work closely with an experienced team, contributing to the firm's reputation for specialist civil litigation.

Qualifications

• NQ solicitor or equivalent with credit hire experience.
• Sound understanding of the civil litigation process and strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills.
• Confidence managing own caseload or ready to take the next step with support of the team.
• Organised, commercially aware, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
• Experience of motor claims, personal injury or insurance litigation is advantageous.
