Civils Lead - 12786

We are currently recruiting a Civil Lead to work for one of Europe's leading contractors on a Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. You will be reporting directly into the Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all site civil activities are set up correctly from the start, maintaining best practices in meeting schedules and documentation.
• Manage project costs, budgets, labour, commissioning procedures, and performance plans.
• Engage continuously with key stakeholders like clients and design teams to optimize project performance.
• Oversee client satisfaction throughout the project, focusing on cost, scope, and timelines.
• Proactively monitor project health and safety, as well as team culture and behaviour.
• Ensure quality targets on the project are not only met but exceeded.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant Engineering or Construction discipline.
• 10 years+ experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading large civils teams.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
• Excellent leadership skills - Ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• IT Skills - Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Salary €100,000 to €110,000 DOE
