Job Location: North Dublin Sector: Civil

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a top tier residential contractor to fill experienced Civil Foremen roles for a large scale residential development in North Dublin.

This is a long term opportunity with a company renowned for delivering high quality housing projects.

Civil Foremen Key Responsibilities

• Supervising day to day civil works on site.
• Coordinating site operatives, subcontractors, and plant.
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing drainage, roads, utilities, foundations, and external works.
• Monitoring productivity and maintaining daily site records.
• Working closely with Site Management to deliver project milestones.
• Promoting and maintaining excellent health & safety standards

Civil Foremen Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman on residential or civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of groundworks, drainage, roads, and infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities.
• Safe Pass and relevant site certifications.
• Full driving licence desirable.
