Civil Engineering Project Manager specializing in Road and Rail Infrastructures

Our client is a recognized civil engineering firm in Switzerland, specializing in complex and structural projects in the field of road and rail infrastructure. As part of the development of its activities, it wishes to strengthen its teams with a Civil Engineering Project Manager with a solid experience in project management and direction. You will take charge of the complete management of infrastructure projects, from the study phases to the execution. You are responsible for the proper technical and financial execution of the projects entrusted to you while ensuring coordination among the various stakeholders (internal teams, clients, contractors, authorities). Your role combines a global project vision, presence on-site, and rigorous management. You plan, anticipate, arbitrate, and ensure compliance with standards, deadlines, and budgets while maintaining a high level of quality. Daily, you supervise project teams, actively contribute to technical discussions, and ensure smooth communication with all parties involved. You hold a degree in engineering (EPF or HES equivalent), or a comparable diploma, and you have at least 5 years of experience within a civil engineering firm. Your career has enabled you to develop strong expertise in project management and construction management, particularly in the field of road infrastructure. You are familiar with VSS and SIA standards, as well as the regulatory framework related to Public Procurement Law, and you are comfortable with the Messerli tool.
