Civil & Structural Design Team Lead

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Team Lead - Civil & Structural Design Engineer to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering team delivering major renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people as much as delivering technically challenging projects. The Role Lead a team of Civil & Structural Design Engineers Deliver renewable energy and HV substation projects (20kV-400kV) Manage projects from feasibility through design and construction support Work closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering teams Oversee programmes, budgets, tender support and project delivery We're looking for someone with: 10+ years' Civil/Structural Engineering experience Experience leading engineering teams Strong project and client management skills Renewable energy, utilities or major infrastructure experience Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Chartership desirable) Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and/or Tekla This is 3 days in office 2 from home with occasional site visits across any of the Irish Offices ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
