Job Description

Cardiff Council is seeking a Senior Manager, City Operations to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of the operational programme for UEFA EURO 2028 in Cardiff. You will unify city services and ensure safe, efficient, and seamless operations before, during and after the tournament.

The role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management across multi-agency teams, risk management and delivery within tight timescales.
