Crew Member Part Time - Up to 16 hours

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers.
• Prepare food, serve on the till, and assist in the dining areas to meet customer needs.
• Consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect; work as a supportive team member.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; able to work well as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively in a fast-moving environment.
