REEL Cinema Port Talbot is seeking a Part-time Duty Manager (Minimum 16hrs) to support the Cinema Manager in daily operations. The role involves supervising Front of House, guiding staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a busy cinema environment.

The successful candidate will lead by example, manage cash and stock, drive concessions sales, and maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards. Evening shifts and school holidays availability are essential.
