CIL & S106 Officer - a role within a local authority planning team. The position is inside IR35, full or part time, and can be performed mainly from home with occasional site visits and key meetings. Salary ranges from £35ph to £45ph (DOE). The office location can be discussed during the interview process.
ResponsibilitiesThe role will focus primarily on Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) activities. The officer will work both independently and as part of a team to continue providing the high level of service currently delivered by the authority. Key duties include:
- Conducting and reviewing CIL assessments and recommendations.
- Coordinating site visits and liaising with stakeholders.
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
- Supporting other S106 and CIL projects as needed.
- Previous experience working as a S106 & CIL officer within a local authority.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results independently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
