  • Contribute to broader Human Resources Talent Finance & Business Management initiatives, including headcount, productivity, and strategic workforce discussions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Significant experience in Human Resources, Recruitment Operations, Business Management, Chief Operating Officer, or Finance roles within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong program or project management capability, with a proven ability to take ambiguous problems from concept to delivery.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, decision-ready insights.
  • Confidence operating with senior stakeholders; able to challenge effectively, influence outcomes, and manage competing priorities.
  • Highly self-directed, with the independence to run initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and driving change without formal authority.
  • High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
