Christmas Stock Merchandiser - Webbs, Wychbold

We have a fantastic opportunity for 2 Christmas Merchandisers to join our Seasonal team at Wychbold.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Christmas-themed displays and promotional areas.
• Replenish seasonal stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurate and visible.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support seasonal sales campaigns and special events.
• Follow health and safety procedures when handling stock and displays.
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak trading periods.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced retail environment.
• Basic numeracy and stock-handling skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience is advantageous but not essential.

Employment Details

• Type: Fixed Term, Zero Hours.
• Duration: 3 August 2026 - 3 January 2027.
• Location: Wychbold - must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Hourly rate: £8 - £12.71 (minimum wage per national requirements).
