What will you be doing?
• Commission, test, and optimise CHP and power generation systems to design specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical faults, carrying out upgrades and retrofits where needed.
• Configure and program control systems, protections, and G99 relay testing with DNOs.
• Review installation plans, ensure RAMS compliance, and produce as-fitted documentation.
• Act as the on-site technical lead, supporting performance testing, training, and continuous improvement.

Where will you be doing it?
• Our client was founded over 20 years ago and specialise in the design, manufacture and operation of CHP units.

What you'll need:
• Apprenticeship or 3+ years' commissioning experience in the power generation industry.
• Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, Inspection & Testing 2391 desirable).
• Knowledge of PLC systems (ComAp, Siemens, Dief, Deep Sea or similar).
• Gas Safe certifications (COCN1, CGFE1, ICPN1) and OEM factory training desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office; full UK driving licence and ability to pass enhanced DBS.
