Responsibilities- Assist the Chopstix Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
- Support the Chopstix Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
- Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ensure that the store is operating in line with Chopstix standards, policies and procedures.
- All colleagues are eligible for a discount, allowing exclusive discounts on Bakewell Deli foods and hot drinks.

- Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
