Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Production Technician to join the Chocolate Manufacturing Team at Hadley Park, Huntingdon, on a permanent night shift (Sun-Thu 22:00-06:00). You will operate production lines, monitor equipment, and ensure quality and GMP standards are maintained.

You will collaborate with engineering, hygiene, and warehouse teams to meet production plans, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior operators.
