TeamManager - Contextual Safeguarding (North)
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a recently remodelled, multi-disciplinary and innovative service that is transforming how we safeguard young people facing risks outside the home.
As TeamManager, you will lead a passionate and skilled team while helping to shape the strategic direction of contextual safeguarding across the North.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a dedicated team committed to improving outcomes for young people.
- Champion high-quality, trauma-informed, relational and strengths-based practice.
- Provide strong leadership and reflective supervision.
- Work collaboratively with partners to strengthen responses to exploitation and extra-familial harm.
- Help drive innovation and strategic development in contextual safeguarding.
- Has experience in safeguarding and a passion for supporting young people at risk of exploitation.
- Leads with empathy, clarity and a collaborative approach.
- Is motivated to influence change and develop innovative practice.
